Curds & Brews Cheesemaking and Beer Tasting Workshop

Join us for one, two or three days of cheesemaking classes along with tours and tastings at three local breweries. Registration is required at www.theartofcheese.com. Each day begins with a hands-on cheesemaking class, then lunch and a tour of a Longmont-area brewery. We’ll end each class day with a fabulous beer and cheese pairing. $135 each day or $350 for all 3 days.
Day 1: Learn to make Chevre, Fromage Blanc and Cottage Cheese, followed by Mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata. Then tour 300 Suns Brewery and relax with a beer and cheese sampling.
Day 2: Learn to make Hard Cheeses, followed by Brie and Camembert. Then tour Shoes and Brews and relax with a beer and cheese sampling.
Day 3: Learn to make Cheddars and Blues in the morning. Then tour Left Hand Brewing and relax with a beer and cheese sampling.
For our out-of-town guests, we’ve arranged a special hotel rate at the Longmont Courtyard by Marriott.
