Practical Introduction to Cheesemaking

This course targets future or newly started artisan cheese makers. We focus on all aspects of the cheese business such cheese making technology, food safety, equipment, construction, affinage, regulations, and economics. Cheese makers get to make 4 different cheeses in our excellent specialty cheese facility. The course ends with a visit to an artisan cheese company.
