In this class you will learn to make several easy and quick cheeses, including Chevre (soft goat cheese), Fromage Blanc (a milder version of soft cheese made with cow, goat or sheep milk), Cream Cheese and Cottage Cheese. Registration is required at www.theartofcheese.com. We will discuss how to find the best milks for these and other cheeses, and you will learn how easy it is to make cheese in your own home! These are great cheeses for beginners as well as experienced home cheesemakers because they are quick and easy and only require relatively easy-to-find ingredients and minimal equipment.
